I think that Fred has been under the assumption that everyone here knows all about the
Dresden Files RPG, but clearly some of the posters here don’t know anything about RPGs at all, and may know even less about the
Dresden Files RPG in specific. Therefore, for those who do not already know much about the game, here is an information thread.
While I certainly am not an expert on this, I have spent lots of time over the past couple of weeks trying to figure out anything about the game that I can. Here are a few links that will give you some information about the game.

Dresden Files RPG will be based off of the
Fate RPG (also by Fred), which can be downloaded for free here:

“Spirit of the Century”, which will be released first. This is the best way to get a preview of the game mechanic that will make the
Dresden Files RPG work. (With the exception of the magic system, which Fred says is not the same in both games.)
