Hows about a JB icon?

Jim's post carry special weight here.  Would it be possible to have a special icon that shows when Jim has posted to a thread?  Like maybe his pic instead of Harry's?  For new posts only--once the post is read, it reverts to the standard icon.

It's a cool idea, but I don't know of any script Fred could install that would do such a thing. 

To ensure you don't miss a single Jim post, one option would be to check his profile every week or so and click "Show the last posts of this person."  That will bring up all of Jim's posts together, and you can quickly see if there's anything new.
