That is true.
They told me it was a good match and Belgium did a good fight. I didn't watch it because I was at work

Good maen everyone!

You are right about potassium. I've mentioned a dietary supplement because pills or things like that can have concentrated Potassium and other things, being more efficient. Normally I would just recommend eat more bananas, but with cramps that last that much...

Otlan, Mexicans have a version, which I didn't like that much as ours. Cubans have a better version, or so I was told (I've never been in Cuba). So if you find a place selling Mexican or Cuban food you may find something like that.

(sorry about the double post)

I am sorry, my British friends.
At least Argentina lost with the champion, whoever it is.

@Dina - eh, don't worry about it. It could have been worse.

I suppose. But it hurts, I know.
I realized I should have said "English" friends, not British.

Well. That was frustrating to watch. In so many ways.
On a different note: potassium, yes and plenty of water. More than you feel like drinking.

I haven't see it.
I have English friends, but I admit I am pleased to see Croatia in its first Final.

(again, sorry for the double post)

Fcrate, I suspect Egypt is a dangerous place now. They may have found Apocalypses or Amenothep.

Oh wow. I'll be refreshing my disaster supplies, folks!
That's not too far from where I live.

Be careful and report often.

Oh, I have a nice souvenir from the Alexandria Library. A friend bought it from me years ago. She also showed me pictures, it's wonderful. I mention this because the article says the sarcophagus was found near Alexandria. Such an exciting place!

Awesome, Ren! I hope bananas help.

Fcrate, awww, that is why you love books  :)
No idea about the Planetarium, I don't remember her telling me that but I will ask.
