Good point, I forgot about that.  It's possible that for whatever reason the Godfather was unable to locate Harry because of some sort of intervention (Justin and Co).

TBH I agree with what peregrine said:

A Godfather seems redundant with a Godmother.  They both do the same thing, yes?

Plus, Lea probably wouldn't care for the competition.

Lea would probably take the existence of a Godfather as (at best) a slight on her abilities and at worst a obstacle in claiming on her investment, so I doubt that there was one- and even if there was before, she probably... took steps.

Maggie gave Harry a Godmother for practical reasons, as a matter of survival (Starborn Mysteries notwithstanding) which is why WOJ says she didnt bother arranging on for Thomas.  So the question on a Godfather becomes: Why Bother?  What would the debt of a Godfather get her/Harry that having the Leanansidhe as his Godmother fail to do?

I really dont think it would work that way.  Being a Consort is a far cry from being a Prince or actual nobility; it's more of a Captain of the Guard that you can occasionally bang or dress up for formal functions.  But he only barely gets any authority of his own, and it certainly wouldnt spread out to his mortal family or associates.  And if the fairies ever try to make that argument, he should be very very scared of whatever they have planned.
