Yes. It is. They ALL do, though. They all lie. I had someone locked up for 6 months but the prosecutor told me I couldn't keep him there unless I went to trial. She further said I shouldn't go to trial because it wouldn't go well because I was a white woman pressing charges against a black man and in the south that just wouldn't go over well with a jury and he would be set free anyways because of that.

I was getting pretty open about what she had done before to my friends, i even let her parents know (not that they believed me) So her boyfriend attacked me with a Baseball bat when i thought she was coming to talk to me about terms. He hit me a couple times, i bloodied his nose, and when he left i decided that going to court would be long, costly, and that this would be better as blackmail to keep her from going too far/
