I can produce counter arguments to most of those claims fairly easily.  They make a lot of assumptions.  First of all, who says zombie flesh is just dead meat and nothing else?  Something's animating that zombie flesh..  it kind of changes what it is.

Too tired to go point by point, but the only counter-point that appeals to me is the last one.  Weapons.  The thing is that most people, even those with weapons, would be unprepared.  A select few would do rather well, though.
