Eh, this was taken care of a year ago. Two court appearances, $500, and a driver retraining course.  Got it reduced to a parking ticket.

Yuck, Don! I've never lost my license but I have been pulled over quite a few times. One time I had to so a sobriety test, (shocking I know). I did it all perfectly but he still thought I was inebriated. I noticed he was looking at my eyes and got the hint. I said, "Oh! Are you looking for my eyes to be shaking as a sign of inebriation? Ohhh, well I actually have a congenital nystagmus!" It was a complete lie. Besides the fact that the breathalyzer came back 0.1 he still thought I was under the influence somehow. Served him right to be lied to for dragging me through the whole test after a breath test lol. He let me go and told me to get it documented  :D Lol
