Bye, Shades.

Hey, Dina, I thought that was soooo funny when you were trying to type with your eyes closed the other day.

Me too!!  :D

But have you tried? Really, eyes wide shut, not spying.

Not for a long time. I learned to touch type when I was 16. If I anchor my left index finger on the F key I can type without looking. It is just second nature.

Has depression set in yet since returning from holiday?

My mom could do that to. When she was young she worked for a police station telex system. And later, she was a secretary for several years.
I am happy of just being able to type with 4 fingers and watching the screen, mostly.

Depression is more or less gone. I am a little twitchy when I have to leave home or job because the journey is quite tiresome with the hot weather, but the work life is going more or less smoothy. We are still in a vacation mood, so long coffe chats and shared chocolate  :) (everybody took chocolate from their vacation for sharing)

Yes, I worked on telex and when there were telegrams I used to have to take message over the phone from customers. I was just too late to learn Morse Code though, unfortunately.

Have you thought of any villains yet for supervillain weekend?

No, but if we do it, I will find one quickly. I was thinking it would be fun once, for a weekend, to make other choose our avatars. Maybe a thread where you have to choose the avatar for the person posting above you. Not the actual image, just the idea, for example: you should be Batman. And you choose the Batman image you prefer.

Good idea, as long as a few failsafes are installed, ie men for men and women for women.

Why? Many of us had cross gender avatars for weekends.

I don't mind having a female avatar but it can hide all sorts of shenanigans if a few failsafes aren't put in.

I played Oblivion as a female and the vampire Joanne Kelly does sound rather awe-inspiring.

BTW will be disappearing shortly as it is just about 1800 here.

I'll disappear without warning whenever my boss call for a meeting.

I have no problem with failsafes, but I am ready to accept a male avatar. Also, I have faith in the kidness of the forum members  :)

Hi, LC MF, Shades, Doc (if you are still here).

Love the avatar MF. Is it sister of Chucky?

Hey! Sorry, I'm in and out right now.

Actually, it's a Gothic Industrial Singer/Violinist/songwriter.  http://www.asylumemporium.com/collections/music

I'm a big Metal head and while she's not necessarily 'metal' she was the closest image of what a Fae of Metal would look like in my opinion. ;) Lol But Sister of Chuckie works too I guess... LOL
MF you  should stop shoving things in peoples mouths. I'm feeling left out. :(
Oh really? Huh. Well this is awkward.
