I took the general consensus back to Wu's player, explaining that he could choose from a smattering of appropriate skills but he'd have to defend with them appropriately.  Although his Deceit was higher, he chose Rapport to defend by swaying his team back towards trusting him (and took a Mild consequence "Rattled by Accusations").  He didn't want to lie to Flicker or his comrades (villainous though they all might be), and he took a mechanical disadvantage for it.  Actually, explaining this in writing just made me realize that I need to give Wu a FP for a self-compel.  +1 FP to Hufflepuff!
