I nominate the Twin Cities by Falar, the complete city can be found as a PDF file in my Terror In The Twin Cities game in the PbP area.

Begging your pardon, but did actual gameplay ever occur (sorry I'm really tired & having trouble following the multiple threads):
*If actual gameplay occurred, link please.
*If not, it can still be up for Best Location or City.

Ah I see.  Alright since you're involving with the game, you don't count towards the 2 nominations.  However, this is one of the best write-ups I've seen, period, so I'll be one of your 2.

That city I had nothing to do with designing, it was done over a year ago by a group Falar was apart of, my using it is incidental, its akin to like me using one of the nevernever locales in a game getting not counted if I rec'd it. I am simply using it for my game because I think its the best one for the job.

Nomination for Devonapple for board contributor. He's always been extraordinarily encouraging to new players and generally positive in his responses.

Geez, I'm ... uh ... I'm very flattered. To say the least.

... uh ...

Okay! Cool!

And, if Deadmanwalking needs anymore, I definitely throw him on. He was probably the most powerful DFRPG online force during 2010, IMO.

Wait is he a PC or an NPC?  He'll have to go for one or the other (personally I'd recommend NPC)
