I am curious, how would you guys sort out a witcher (a la Andrzej Sapowski) for the DFRPG? It seems like a high refresh character, with these powers, for sure:

-2 Inhuman Speed
-2 Inhuman Strength
-2 Inhuman Toughness
-2 Inhuman Recovery
-2 Supernatural Senses (Enhanced Hearing, Enchanced Sight, Enchanced Smell)
+_ The Catch (Needs to be +1 to support the physical powers)
-0 Wizard's Constitution Variant
IoP +1 (Kaer Morhen Medallion)
-1 Supernatural Sense (Magic)
And it would probably need,
-2 Ritual (Elixers/Potions)
-2 Channeling (the Signs/Spirit)
Stunts out the kazoo

For a Submerged game, I see the skills like this:
+5 Weapons, Athletics
+4 Endurance, Lore
+3 Alertness, Conviction
+2 Presence, Intimidation, Discipline
+1 Scholarship, Investigation, Fists, Contacts, Resources
