Yeah. You'll see multiple accounts set up from the same IP, with instead of a signature line a link to some valuable service like penis enlargement. They're usually set up in a "fire and forget" manner, but sometimes the spammers will post a few rambling, pointless posts to create a false impression of legitimacy.
