*SQUEALS*  YES!  Here I was, annoyed that I'd bought my NYCC ticket three days before I found out you would be attending I-Con the same weekend.  (If that makes any grammatical sense at all.  My brain is still slightly blown from squeeing with Puck about her sudden fame).  I thought I'd made a very stupid and uninformed decision, and now I am vindicated!

Hey, Jim, if you get the chance, make sure you stop by the Comic News Insider booth in the podcast area.

EDIT:  Aaaaaaaaaand I'm a moron.  Note to self:  February =/= March.

My eyes saw "Jim" and "Comic-Con," and I started to do a little happy dance, before my eyes registered "New York."

*mope* but... but... San Diego is prettier.  (Yes, I know I'm greedy.  Yes, I know he was here signing 2 years in a row, and I hear rumor that it might be three, but... COMIC-CON!)

The New York Comic Con website says that Jim will be signing autographs at the Penguin booth at 3pm on Saturday.  Does anyone know if this is accurate?

it's not fair - last year was my first time going to Comicon in SD and i didn't know about the Dresden Files then!  if Jim is reading this - please come back to sunny California!  San Francisco for example, would love to have you  ;)

I'll be at several places in California in April, doing a signing tour. :)  I'll have to get back to you guys when I know more specifics about the tour. :)

Cool!  Philadelphia welcomes you, by the way.  You don't have to wait until PhauxCon to check out the City of Brotherly Love!

According to the NY ComicCon, there will be a screening of Sunday's episode of The Dresden Files on Friday night along with the new Galactica episode.  Paul Blackthorne is listed as a guest but I don't see anything on the schedule about where and when he will appear.   SciFi Channel is exhibiting, so maybe they will have some signings there.

Also, if you plan to go, you should have your tickets already, there may not be any available at the door.

For those attending NYCC:  If you see a Molly walking around on Saturday, say hi! :D

i am not attending NYCC, because i live on the opposite side of the country, so if you don't post pictures i will call you a mean person to all my friends in California.  and some people who are not my friends, just for good measure.  ;)

I've posted a bunch of images from my Jim encounters at NYCC here!  I'll include a more thorough review later this week.

Long time fan of Jim Butchers, but my first time posting in the forum.  I got a chance to meet Mr. Butcher and see him and Paul at the con, and I had a blast.  So I thought I would post some pictures here if anyone is interested.

Checked your other images, was that Kevin Smith at the BSG panel?  If not, it could pass for him,,,he's one of the final five maybe?  :o
