Phone/Digital Version?

When this game was first coming out I heard about an app or digital version, but doing searches nothing seems to have been said since last year. Does anyone know if this is still in development?

Anyone know how you redeem the keys so you get things in Steam? Is the Hidden Achievements registration linked to Steam? I'm not sure how this works, or what all I should be getting (like, is the base game included? Do I have to buy the base game first, then redeem the keys?)
