Judging by Ghost Story, I'd say Human Form [+1] and Spirit Form [-3] would probably be more appropriate for that.
Yeah, but there's a bit of a balance issue there in that Human Form actually makes Spirit Form better. Giving a rebate with it isn't terribly fair.
