First self Published Novel (Dreamweavers)

I am a longtime form lurker just deciding to post. I recently self published my first novel and I figured this was as good a place to post about it as any. Please give me feedback if you decide to read it! If you want I can post a sample chapter or two.
Teenager Kari Lee has always been a dreamer. During a period of extreme loneliness, she creates a dream world she calls the Surine in her imagination. But it's not long before it stops being her world as others begin to make it their own. Her and her new friends create a group called the Dreamweavers. Although this world and the friends she makes in it bring her happiness and a sense of purpose, Kari can't quite shake her doubts about whether it is real.
But when fantasy and reality begin mixing, it is up to Kari and the Dreamweavers to figure out what is real and what isn't, before it is too late for both of her worlds.
