With all these Ideas I'm REALLY wishing she wasn't just an NPC i'm hoping someone will pick her up if something happens to one of their characters. (And the way it's going it looks likely that something will)

She may not need magic to "see".

Last spring I heard a show on the radio (it's archived at http://www.cbc.ca/thecurrent/episode/2011/05/31/echolocation-daniel-kish/) about human echolocation.  The website referred to him as a "real-life Batman", but he's closer to a real life Daredevil.

Since it's a "this happens in real life" thing I can't consider it a supernatural power.  I'd call human echolocation a special stunt.  Call it 1 point of refresh more than being blind gives you for a stunt that gives you 360 degree vision and allows you to see around some corners - but requires you to continuous noises.
