'Angry' and 'Sad' really don't seem like moderate consequences to me without at least an escalating adjective.  They certainly seem like something that could be 'shaken off' given a few minutes' break and a smidgen of justification.
and 'Crazy' is...a bit vague

Necroing this thread too.  We've all been playing a good amount of time and likely have some new creative consequences to list.

My Knight of the Cross has recently been:

Severe: Run Through (several times in his career)

and

Extreme: sewed something into my thigh to hide it (called unecessary surgery!)

Extreme Physical: Poured my life into that spell.

used in cataclysmic final battle that turned out to be just an in-court scenario being put forth as part of an Accords case against Maeve

the spell was used to increase one of my summoned servitor spirits (think the summoned shinto wolves) into kaiju size to fight a cthuhlhu/cloverfield thing

my character would have been left, stretched, thin, fragile and with a blasted physical constitution
