If you are thinking of "Working for Bigfoot" it was a bound collection of the "Bigfoot trilogy" of short stories:  "B is for Bogfoot", "I was a Teenage Bogfoot", and "Bigfoot on Campus"

All three of which were also published separately in various anthologies, but which will be included in the upcoming collection of Dresden Files Shorts called 'Brief Cases'
See Here for a list of all the short stories and what they were published in.

The three stories occur at different points in Dresden's career.

By way of an actual answer to the question at hand...

"B is for Bigfoot" takes place between Fool Moon and Grave Peril.

"I Was a Teenage Bigfoot" takes place circa Dead Beat.

"Bigfoot on Campus" takes place between Turn Coat and Changes.

These were pulled directly from the beginning of each story.

Edit:  I see the link posted by Quantus also provides this information :).
