General questions about setting details can be picked up quickly in one of the other forums. Just go to the spoiler forum for the books and there are people who can not only tell you who blah is but what Jim Butcher said about him at book signing X.
As for that person, it's iffy. Seriously, in one book it looked like he was maybe BC and in another it looks like maybe he isn't - which could mean that there's another BC on the senior council. Say the person that gave the Red Court the keys to Archangel at the start of the war.
