Red Court Vampire Death
« on: September 05, 2010, 05:37:04 AM »
Do they leave demon-bat things laying around if you kill them?
Do they turn to ash?
What legends apply here...

And if they leave those bodies laying around, why haven't people found them and been like OMFG O_O?

Thoughts appreciated. Thank you.

They leave behind bodies that are human-like, but definitely not human  ;D

Even if they were de-flesh-masked before death?

And can you cite this? (just did it say so in a book or in the rpg book somewhere?)

luminos was citing what Waldo Butters wrote in his forensics report.

Awesome. Thanks. My memory isn't so fantastic I can recall quotes from the books half the time. :(

So even sans flesh-mask, that's what happens? As in, one is killed after they ripped their flesh mask off... still reverts to a humanish form?

Whatever is left after burning - mostly just the skeletons - is almost human in form.  If there is another cause of death, like lots of bullets, the form will be more clearly non-human.  Either way, the Flesh Mask won't last long after death, certainly not past sunrise without the vamp putting more power into it.
