Request for a Library subforum, maybe in The Bar

Would it be at all possible to have a Library sub forum created to store threads such as cooking / cocktail recipe suggestions which will then not expire?

For example, this thread:
http://www.jimbutcheronline.com/bb/index.php/topic,18783.0.html could be moved into the Library.

Or alternatively, could we move them to the Display Case?

General chatter along with anything potentially incendiary can be removed, just retaining the recipes.

That is an awesome idea Wiz!  There are so many people here who are great cooks and brewers and I would love to see some recipes shared, especially from our friends in other lands!
