Dark Reign:Secret Warriors (Wiki-Link), the Deadpool (Wiki-Link)comics and Dark Reign: Dark Avengers (Wiki-Link) are probably the best Marvel comics out this year.

Oh and Secret Invasion

I also like Dark Horse comics Hellboy and B.P.R.D
