King's word on that is to write at least 2k words a day. I have so many post-its in my copy of "On Writing" it's not funny.

Once I'm in the zone, I'm in. Until that magic "click" happens, nearby noise is a pain.

I just experienced the same problem. I changed my email address to use my yahoo account and finally got the email.
