He's doing that. The betas are currently biting their nails and chugging NyQuil just to be able to sleep.
Ghost Story's not done yet? I figured it be in final edit / layout by now.

My vote for this particular book goes to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. There is a *huge* industry built on ghostly encounters, and given the title of the book, Jim would pull in a crowd. :)
I could get behind Gettysburg. I've got some friends in the area.

He could just visit one Barnes and Noble or Borders in every state ;D
If he did that, my luck would be he'd hit a site in the Philly area, which is 8ish hours from me.

Isn't New York part of New England?
Heh. I've had folks threaten me with a beating, IRL, for asking that.  ;D

Erie, PA (but I'd be happy for Buffalo, NY; Cleveland, OH; or Pittsburgh, PA)

Thanks! I'm afraid she will read almost anything I throw at her. She devours books in no time flat. The only thing I've had to stop her from reading so far is Laurel K. Hamilton (I think I got the name right) and that's for obvious reasons if you've read her work. She's still a bit too young to go that far past rated "R" writing. LOL
The 1st couple books might not be to bad (I read the entire series (currently written) in January, so everything's a bit of a blur), but most of that series is definitely in the NC-17 category.

Paul, you must ask youself which is more important: that silly PhD, or meeting Jim ? ;D
You forgot a 3rd option - keeping wife happy. She'd not be amused I skipped class to go to Dayton. :)

I may have hit some form of collegiate jackpot, because I am less than four hours away from this signing
I'm fairly close as well, but I have class that night...curse PhD studies!  :)

It might be to late, but I found another Faerie King & Queen for you: Finvarra and Oonagh (Irish). I got these, of all places, from a faerie book I was reading to my daughters.

I've got to get a gaming group again - all my gaming friends have moved!
I have a slightly different problem. We all got married and had kids, and the kids all now have activities. Very difficult to get a gaming group together. We end up playing Catan instead.

Link? Must have link...sounds like a really cool game system...almost D20 but not.
Its by Green Ronin, and is based off of the SRD. So if you're familiar with D&D 3e/3.5e, then you should be able to understand the M&M ruleset fairly well. There are some changes (of cours), since they've thrown the super powers in. I also like M&M 2e over 1e.

And the characters were awesome.
