Harry is assaulted in his new digs by two goons but they soon figure out it is a case of mistaken identity as another man named Harry Dresden owes their employer an extreme amount of money. Before they leave the two goons decide to teach Harry a lesson for his smart-assery and pee on his rug. Harry then sets out to meet this other, wealthy, Harry Dresden and get his rug replaced.

I think Cowl=DuMorne=Kemmler. I think Kemmler body snatched DuMorne to escape the wardens then brought himself back when Harry merc'd him and is now parading around as Cowl.
