I thought Rashid had one deep scar that took out his eye while Harry has 3 shallower ones.

I really like this idea.

I like the idea of Nemesis being like the fallen.  You could take that a step farther, in that nemesis gets into your head the second you come into contact with it.  Then it sits dormant for a short time shifting through your memories and offers you something that you want.

In some cases, Nemesis can't offer something, or you refuse its offer, in which case nemesis makes you a puppet.  I assume that Lea and Cat Sith are in the puppet category.  Also, Nemesis is extremely powerful (it took Mab years to get it out of Lea) so he would have the power to alter people.
I would assume that Cat Sith fought with Nemesis at first, and then pulled a common Malk attribute when fighting things stronger than it and ran.  In this case, it ran and hid in a far corner of its mind, and tweaked Nemesis's elbow when doing things.  It explains why Cat Sith was moving so slowly in the beginning of the battle on the boat.  Nemesis didn't notice something was jostling his arm until Dresden called attention to it.

bargain for more?  Lea has been protected Harry for 40 years.  That doesn't seem like something cheap to me.

Honestly, I don't think cat sith was trying to kill Harry on the boat.  I Nemesis was fighting cat sith for control while using his body to attack Harry.  That was why cat sith was moving slower than usual and talking more than ripping spines out.

I think Harry actually made it harder to Cat Sith by calling him out.  I think Nemesis thought it had full control but Cat sith was sitting in the dark tweaking things until Harry brought him into the light.  Then Nemesis completely overwhelmed him.

That makes sense with what happened between Titania and Harry's conversation in CD

Remember what Titania said to Harry is CD.  She was not attacking Harry because she is an idiot.  She is attacking Harry because Summer functions on emotions, and Harry just killed her daughter.  Also, SmF is the book in which Harry gains the respect of eldest Gruff, therefore he couldn't have counseled Titania with reason before SmF.
Titania has motivation and reason to kill Harry, Mab making Harry her emissary which gives Titania the opportunity.

As far as harry getting hit by the car, why can't it be a regular accident?  There are people who don't have insurance that would flee from an accident to avoid having to pay to fix the other person's car.

I think LC was very useful to Harry, it just didn't get a lot of screen time.  LC was mostly used to speed up the tracking of lost items.  Therefore LC could simply be something that Harry made to speed up his business and because he though it would cool.  I know a lot of people who go home and make random things that serve absolutely no purpose besides being fun to make.  Heck, Legos has made a ton of money on that.  Why can't Harry do something to test his abilities?

He put Harry on the right train of thought from the beginning.  Harry spent most of PG looking for signs of black magic.  If he wasn't specifically looking for those signs, he could have easily missed them and not found out until it was too late to save Molly
