Or I could see Timothy Olyphant being a good Dresden as well. I can't really pick one out of Timothy Olyphant, Nathan Fillion, or Paul Blackthorne.

I actually enjoyed Paul Blackthorne as Harry in the Television series. He has the same rugged look and his sarcastic smile would be perfect. I also enjoyed Valerie Cruz as Murphy, her hair just has to be dyed blonde and put in blue contacts and she'll look just like her. And for Bob, I would personally like to see someone that is really funny and goofy, like Bill Murray or someone of that nature.

I ask this because I can see Molly coping badly with his disappearance, but not Murphy, she has seen him do the impossible before and escape death.

Yes she has but she has never seen him actually die. And she has feelings for him. His death would greatly affect her.

Has anyone considered that Harry's whole ghost experience was an elaborate hallucination?

I think that is very unlikely.
But I guess we will find out in the next book when he has to run into Murphy or Molly.

I think when Jim decides to go around again he should come visit his fans up here in Canada! :D

Ooooh... Here's a thought could the Fallen that whispered to Harry have been a scorned Lasciel?

I don't think it's Lasciel per say, but more Lash.
Yes there is a different.

Kincaid is porbably a faerie. That is why he was put in charge of Ivy. Ivy wouldn't be protected by a normal human.

What I really want to know is who's behind it all? In an earlier book it is thought that there is a "master" of all the planning. Making everything happen. Think of how much of a coincidence it is for all of these evil badies coming out and trying to start stuff.

Who is behind it all?

And what are they planning next?

Well, the thing that is shown is that anyone who takes up a coin, with enough will, can contort it into something good. Something that has feeling. Something that would give its "life" for you.

Any bets on how many more books before Murphy officially picks up that sword?  She obviously needs some shrink-work first, but...

I hope soon. She needs to take up the sowrd. Let us remember when in the book when he had his sight open and saw Murphy as a warrior princess. It only makes sense that she should get the sword.

Balancing things out as much as possible, perhaps. If the shadow that drove Harry to becoming Winter Knight was Lasciel, being used as an agent of Hell, then Lash being used as Uriel's makes a nice symmetry.

Very good point. Lasciel was a true fallen angel. But Lash was different. Maybe Uriel had a helping hand in making Lash.

Also, does him being the Winter Knight make him unable to be a Warden?

Let's be honest here, Lash should come back in the next book to help Harry be the Winter Knight.

My question is, will Harry still slowly change into a Winter monster even though he laid the law down stating that he was going to do stuff his way?
