For the spellcasting option sense he never joined the winter court he would not have access to unseelie magic. He would either have inherited mortal magic from his white council father or seelie magic from his summer court mother. So change unseelie magic to seelie magic, or a combination of channeling and the sight.

Devout Words is a stunt on page 150 of Your Story, it allows you to use your conviction to make a block.

I read a fan fic once tht had the zombies beating the drums themselves (With the necromancer beating them first to get things rolling). Do you think that could work?

I just got this image in my head of a bunch of zombies in polka suites like Butters that automatically have a drum beat as they marched into battle. ;D

#10-The wardhounds are a type of golem with a primitive AI based off Anchient Mai's brain so that is possible.

A lot of your other examples are violations of the laws so you would get the death sentence if you did them. But overclocking your brain and making mental walls would both be possible as psychomantic manuevers.

It would be, in a similar vein, to statting up Excalibur if you planned on using it as a central theme for the story (like, for example, in the movie Excalibur). It should have some tangible stats, for sure, but a lot of the more "plottish" stuff should be left to... well, the plot.

They did stat Excaliber, Michaels sword is Excaliber. The Merlin tells this to Harry at the end of  Proven Guilty.

I made a focussed practitioner based on the Taftani from owod. He had ritual(summoning) and channelling(fire). He specialised in summoning jinn.
