I'd like to also express my concern over these books not being available to Canadian Kindle users.

I bought books 1 and 2 off of Kindle at the beginning of the year, and was disappointed to see book 3 wasn't available. I borrowed a friend's 3, and just got around to reading it. Now, book 4 isn't available, and it looks like books 1 and 2 can't be bought in Canada anymore either. But I can buy book 5

Is it a licensing issue, or someone being lazy or something? It seems this whole ebook thing for Canadian users is being handled horribly, or not handled at all. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming Mr Butcher or anything, I'm just a bit miffed at the situation
