All you'd need to do is ignore the mechanics/NPC sections.Yeah, I helped come up with a bunch of Boston stuff for a DFRPG setting where the idea is that the centuries of supernatural history in the greater Boston area led to the BPD having a version of SI similar to Men In Black and we used Boston Unveiled a ton.
