DF Spoilers / Re: A really wild guess on Ferovax gift in GP

I wonder if necromancers or the undead could mess with the death curse on the treasure.

The fomor servitors are not the sharpest tools in the box, so they could be used to bring cursed treasure into the fomor court.

It could be a sub rose attempt for Hades to pass on the two Denarian coins he might have to Harry to lock in demonreach.

We all have heard about the epic curse on a dragon treasure pile. What if before hand, you gave the dragon a prepared item to add to his collection? If set up right, could it allow a way to get access to the treasure without risk of the curse?

My money is mavra wanting the book for a power play on the BCV, to restore it and her own power on a large scale.

It could be part of the reason the order found it so easy to regain the coins.

I wonder, since the knights are part of the Queen power, can they summon the table when needed? It is said the Knights are expressions of power, do could they also accept power?

I have this idea that the dar hollow ritual could be adapted to use BCV or even ghouls as a power source. We know it is said Dracula failed when he created the BCV, so this adapted ritual could be a success. To make it as powerful as possible, it would require the sacrifice of the remaining BCV elders. If BCV can be affected by necromancy, I guessed they could be a fuel source, in necromancy violent deaths and older bodies work the best, so the elders are perfect.

I bet the counter measures to block the summoning are simple, nic would usually summon the coins when they are in the open with out a host. It is likely a ritual that takes time and effort. The swords likely negate such an effort.

Those summoning spells would only be useful if you have the sigils and names of all the coins, and those spells would be angelic lore. So only the fallen would be aware of them. So nic would not be the only one capable, any of his order. I assumed him due to him being large and Incharge.

Peabody would have access to the council list of known talented practioners, and those suspected or confirmed as warlocks. So they would have a good pool of subjects to recruit from.

I always figured that nicodemus was capable of summoning unprotected/un hosted coins when needed. His angelic/hellfire as a key component to the spell.

We are all expecting the fomor to attempt to back stab the meeting, so I am betting mab is preparing to use that to screw them over with it and serve her own purposes.

What if a sword was made specificly for the warden of the well? So Harry uses his connection to the island, to allow him to wield the sword.

If Harry can use McCoy staff, could he also use his sword? He was warden commander, so likely he has his service sword, possibly more than one. I could see McCoy making his own sword for his Blackstaff duties.
