Read, listened to, thought about...
I've read them through multiple times and listen to them regularly on my work commute. I'm currently on my umpteenth reread and currently on White Knight. I feel like he's a friend I get to say hello to from time-to-time. It's comfortable. When I don't have other books going--always a few--I'll play one of the Dresden Files novels in the car and I'm right back to that feeling you get the first time you read a story that you fall for. It's pretty wonderful.
Don't feel like you have to answer to topic question. I'm sure there are loads of you in the same boat I'm in and that, in itself, is pretty cool.
Thanks and best to you, Fellow Dresden-philes (Is that a thing?),

Here is my Dresden Files appreciation post: 😃
I lost count. I am also relistening. Started with Dead Beat, now I am at Changes. To prepare for the next book.
I love to read about all the ideas and opinions here. It enriches the books so much.
And Dresdenphiles should definitely be a thing, lol.

I've done it several times over the years.. However I always start at the beginning, because there are clues as to how things play out, or interesting how Jim has changed his mind. I also read a whole lot of other books so it isn't like I read fifteen Dresden File books in a row.

Four or five times. Probably going for number six when Twelve Months has a firm release date and said date comes closer.

I have read the books 4 or 5 times since 2020, i get bored easily so i look for interesting books to read. I added dresden files to my list after that codex alex, honor Harrington books and recently dan willis' arcane casebook series ( think dresden files in the 1930s)
