I love it, it's addictive. You can take up a canon character and evolve it, or create a character of your own, but try to make it one that can live inside the Dresdenverse, please. We've got a good action thread almost every night, and a bunch of side stories to keep people busy in the meantime. Come check it out! If you don't want to take on the responsibilities of reinventing the wheel yourself, you might find it interesting enough to join ours!

Oooo, and we've got some alternate time threads, too.

I've played too many places that allowed canon characters (Marvel, a Buffy one, etc.) to underestimate how badly people can screw up canon characters for their own jollies. Like having Buffy turn out to be gay so that she could get it on with Willow, or where Giles turned into an alcoholic wife-abuser, or... Well, I could go on and on.

Basically, I trust Jim with Jim's creations, but no one else.

What happened to that MU* that was in the works? I'd play there.
