Is she established in Dresdenverse canon? And if not, is she just a powerful witch or fae?

This Word of Jim (http://www.jimbutcheronline.com/bb/index.php/topic,36681.msg1825912.html#msg1825912) pretty thoroughly implies that Baba Yaga is Mother Winter. Or Mother Winter is Baba Yaga.

Harry calling her "She of the Iron Teeth" when trying to summon her kind of clinched it for me. But I see it as Baba Yaga being one part of Mother Winter, along with all those other beings Harry wraps up in the same calling.

Page 106 and 107 of the Paranet Papers has an entry about her. It says she isn't fae. She is unique.

It all depends on what Hat you're wearing at the time.

For example, Vadderung isn't fae when he isn't wearing his Kringle mantle.

This is the information that I needed. Thank you very much. I planned on using her as a piece of background lore, having had someone's Russian several hundred year old granny claim to have learned Thaumaturgy from Baba Yaga.
