I don't follow your Refresh math. It says you have 3 stunts, 9 Refresh of Powers, and 16 Refresh spent. If I count right you actually have 10 Refresh of Powers, plus some odd enchanted items/Items of Power that I'm not sure how to categorize.
Also, blocks aren't resisted. And I'm not sure what Skin is my Canvas does or what the pickaxe handle is a focus for.

Ah, sorry about that. I did't fully update my template. I thought offensive blocks used to prevent someone doing something were resisted?
Fixed it.

No, it just sets up a minimum difficulty.
So if you put up a 5-shift block against attacks, any attack must overcome 5 shifts. Anyone dodging the attack could use the block as their dodge instead.
Putting up a 5 shift block vs movement only impacts a character if they actually try to move. They can no longer move as a supplemental and must make an athletics of 5 to move one zone.
So you don't actually resist the block until you do an action that needs to overcome it. If you overcome the block, you've successfully resisted.

Refresh math looks good now. But I'm still not sure what you're doing with those Power-granting enchanted items.
