Don't know this guy, but Feeding Dependency is of the devil.
-
It works pretty well here. Basically, it's addiction or fallout from using drugs.

In his case - more like hungover after using.
-
What exactly does the Item of Power (elixirs) do?
I don't know much about Geralt, but if it represents drinkable elixirs, Ritual (Alchemy) or Ritual (Potions) might be a better fit.
-
Usually it's the various buffs - here is the the full list:

In that case, using Ritual (Potions) (maybe swapping his lore and fists and/or buying a refinement) with aspect-creating/maneuvering or skill-replacing potions for his potions would probably be easier than statting them up as an Item of Power.

You don't need Drive, as Survival covers riding critters. I'd also suggest lowering Fists and probably Inhuman Strength.
