Are there international sellers? I noticed that the virtual event doesn't ship signed copies to Canada.

I should be able to post the full list of vendors of signed copies on Monday, hopefully, but all the brick and mortar locations are in the U.S.

Dog Eared Books (http://www.dogearedhalf-pricebooks.com/) may be willing to ship internationally--ask them!  Or you might be able to snag a copy at B&N.com (http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/skin-game-jim-butcher/1115202091?ean=9780451472038) with a little location trickery.
