Would you allow an upgrade to Supernatural Sense that gives a +2 to perception with the Senses?

Myself, lately, I've been wondering what the implications might be should the typical upgrade scheme of Supernatural Sense be extended to other powers such as Incite Emotion[/Effect], Breath[/Natural] Weapon, and the like.
