Title: Beast Form: Echoes of the Beast

The were form template is a bit vague:  do I get access to Echoes of the Beast when I'm in human form or only in Beast Form?

I know the other powers are only accessible in beast form.

I always figured both, or it wouldn't give an example of a leopardkin getting a +1 when barefoot, but it doesn't make much sense for a leopard to not be sneakier than regular folks when changed.

The leopard would have a higher stealth after the skill swap.

My impression was the same as yours, though; that Echoes of the beast carried through to human form...
