Title: Spellcraft Upgrades

It's mentioned on the bottom of YS181 that it's fine to upgrade Channeling to Evocation and Ritual to Thaumaturgy, but it doesn't mention a cost. Seems to me you would just pay the difference in refresh points, but I thought I'd check.
