Title: Multiple Physical immunities

How do you do multiple physical immunities.

I want a beastie that is always immune to his own powers/magic so he can go around blasting everyone with zone-wide evocations, and I also want him to be physically immune to everything else until "X" circumstance is met (once met, it goes away for the combat).

Do I buy Physical immunity twice or just take the worse value?

I saw the first one(immune to own powers) to be at least a +5 discount and the second to be +2 at the most.

So, would it be -6 refresh for both (using the higher one)

or

 -6 for immune to everything until circumstance X
 + -3 for being immune to own power
= -9

I probably would go with -6 because you still aren't really in a better position than someone who has physical immunity with a catch of swords of the cross (+0) who has a harder catch to fufill and is most likly already imune to his own attacks unless he wields a sword of the cross.
