Title: Crafting Question & Lore Limits?

Hello all,

I was wondering if the limit to power equal to 2x your lore skill, was before the 2 to affect an entire zone, or the points to increase the duration of an effect?

Seems to me that the lore limit is for the shifts of the effect, so any shifts put into duration or area effect are still shifts in the total effect.

That was basically my understanding as well.  Lore limits the total amount of power available for an Enchanted Item/Potion effect.  What that power is used for, whether it is extending duration, area, or just the strength of the effect still can't be more than a total of Lore x2 shifts.
