Does Incite Emotion Despair come off Deceit or Intimidation? Just wondering as either could work in my mind.

It depends on the character, and the way you want it to work.

For my hound of hades character who would use to subdue his targets to return them to the underworld so it would probably be intimidate. Thanks for your post.

Going of of the stats for the Lagios family, it would be deceit.
