"Keep an Eye Out (or open)"

A promise to himself to be more cautious in the future. Can be invoked for awareness bonuses, or compelled against them.

LMAO.  Some of these are just brilliant!  I can't wait until I'm back in the US and can play the DFRPG with my friends.  Coming up with aspect names sounds like a lot of fun!

Here are a couple more:

Lost My Depth Perception, But Not My Sight/Vision/Foresight  (Perhaps to show how the character has grown wiser from the experience.)
Werewolf Broke My Window (Eyes=windows of the soul, etc etc...)

How many eyes does it take for a wizard to turn on the Sight?

I can't believe nobody's said it yet.

I look like Odin

and it would be the right time to get some eye sized nifty item of power.

Wyrdrune, VERY excellent idea!  I'd compel the heck out of that though every time the player got whacked upside the head...

Like the GURPS write-up of Mr Teatime?

Annoying Frenemy
- After the rest of the group labels you "One Eye" another spell caster comes to town.  This annoying prankster is nicknamed 'Goblin' (because of how his face looks) becomes your rival, challenger, and best friend (although neither of you would admit to that last one).

Have you managed to pick one? I think the community may be tapped out by now, and I'm dying to know which one you opted to take!

My warden PC just found out why you don't walk into well-baited ambushes; 22 shifts of stress in a single attack aimed at his head filled every single consequence he had, including his extreme slot.  So now he has a face slashed open to the bone, a missing eye, and the new aspect "An Eye For An Eye".

That sounds like a very interesting story. Let's hear some more of it.

Well, it kinda went like this:
The PCs were facing up against an Earth Elemental Scion Enforcer who had engulfed one of their teammates with the intent of using her as a bullet shield (shoot his center of mass as you're trained to do and she gets hurt).  The warden, being an earth mage, performs a maneuver on the Scion that makes him temporarily Brittle.  The Scion takes his action to remove the tag, diving for the air vent and leaving the engulfed teammate behind on the floor underneath the vent.

The wizard then goes to check on his semi-conscious and retching ally and fails the Alertness roll, getting an Average, failing to notice the tendril snaking out of the vent.

After the Stealth roll, the Scion, who has a number of psychological issues, attacks, getting a natural +4 roll, has a high Fists and invokes every single aspect and temporary aspect he can, dumping over a third of the fate points he had accumulated through the scenario into a single attack at the single greatest threat on the field, both to his physical well being and to his mental heath (almost clinically insane and with a personality that can best be described as a bullying sadist with personal validation issues).

As it was an ambush, the PC could only defend with a straight die roll... and rolled poorly.  So the tendril grew a claw and laid open the wizard's face from jawline to hairline.

They ended up killing the Scion... they hope.  The issue of how exactly you take vital signs on an animate lump of clay was something of a barrier to confirmation.  Also, the bulk of the "body" was in the air vent, making examination difficult.

As for the wizard, the aspect he's chosen makes me pleased; it means that he's becoming Not So Different from his dad, the mob boss, and that has all sorts of potentialities for the future... :D

EDIT: I've thrown up the Scion's stats (http://www.jimbutcheronline.com/bb/index.php/topic,22322.msg1021822.html#msg1021822) over on the Spare Character Concepts thread.

Hmmmm...  I'll try writing some.

Physical: Any amputation, high degree burns (a la Dresden's hand), missing facial feature, heavy scarring (see social), "permanent" impeded movement
Mental: Coma, loss of some type of casting (evocation/thaumaturgy or lesser parts of this)
Social: Pariah/Exile of <Organization>, disfigurement, forced to leave town, international bounty, eternal shame
Feeding: almost a beast (like Thomas after the Skinwalker), beserker mode
