Any other prospective GMs out there, would you allow this?

Supernatural Powers:
Inhuman Strength [-2]
Human Form [+1]
   Supernatural Strength [-2] (the difference)
   Hulking Size [-2]
   etc

Not only would I, I have a player with similar (not str, but inhuman upgraded to supernatural)

I would allow it, and it makes a lot of sense.
