Title: enchanted items query

Ok lore 4 wizard can make a strength 4 ring that blasts fire (Example)once per session or a strngth 3 2/session ring correct?
Or am I missing something?

With just one item slot, and no thaumaturgical bonuses (pluses to craft and complexity), or declarations or invokations of aspects, yes. That's exactly correct.

However, add one more slot to the item, and you get a Weapon:4 ring that can be used 3 times per session.
