Clean Cutting (for blades only):  The blade leaves no forensic evidence at all, even if the lab/cops/coroner had the blade they cannot match it to the wound, and the blade destroys any blood/fluids/stuff you could use to trace via thaumaturgy.  Thoughts on cost for this?

Probably a -1 Refresh power on an Item of Power (as an absolute effect), or alternately, a Block against Investigation from an Enchanted Item.
