Title: Terry Pratchett contest
Post by: Starbeam on July 08, 2010, 09:39:35 PM
This sounds pretty neat, although it's only open to residents in the UK and other British places.  http://www.terrypratchett.co.uk/news/termsandconditions.html (http://www.terrypratchett.co.uk/news/termsandconditions.html)

Is Canada still considered British?   ;D

Actually, I have a friend who is currently at the University of Liverpool who loves this guy.  I'll have to let him know.

Thanks for sharing.

Well, going by wikipedia, it's part of the British Commonwealth, so it counts.  I think the link said the UK, British Commonwealth, and Republic of Ireland.  Was one of the first things after the description.

According to Maritime Law, yes...I knew someone in college that got tossed out of Canada because he was from Pitcairn, due to British law...something about the descendants of some mutiny....
