Invoke it whenever you throw down directly, using a combat skill you are good at. Invoke to intimidate.
Compel to make people scared, even if you don't want them to be. Compel to make people who want to show that they are also bad a$$ come after you. Compel to make you think you can handle it (Its one vampire, you can take them).

Any time you suffer a compel (of any sort), take a consequence, or suffer mental stress you can only vocally communicate through shouting for the rest of the scene.

Just Remember, you must drop at least one Mother F**ker in every major scene.

seems easy to me
the invoke would be for intimidation and the compel would be the loud and vulgar way you talk would be offputting in a lot of places. (think church, a funeral, kindegarten, standing in front of an all powerful fae who could squash you with a thought etc)
the MF part would be more like the flavor. You can have a toughguy attitude without cursing a swell.
